Finding
and Analysis
Based on the question 1
that I ask to my sampling units, 40% (4 persons) of the respondents answered
that they visit this store 3 times a week, and 30% of respondents answered that
they visits this store twice a week, and the rest 30% of respondents say that
they seldom went and visit this Old Town White Coffee or even sometime not even
visit this outlet in a weeks.
Next, based on the
question 2 that I ask to my sampling units, 50% of respondents comment that
food product that provide by Old Town White Coffee is the main reason that attract
them to visits this store, 10% of respondents comments that the facilities in
this store is the main reason that attract them to visit this store and the
rest of 40% respondents comment that the environment itself of this store
actually is the main reason that attract them to visit this particular outlet. For
this question 2, Old Town White Coffee can say that the main reason and the
importance elements of this outlets that able to attract young student consumer
is their food their serve, beside since the environment of this store also
consider as an importance element to attract young student consumer since 40%
of respondents comment that in my voice recording interview data collection
process.
From the question 3, 70%
of the respondents say that the environment and the atmosphere of the outlets is
considerable, and the rest 30% of respondents comment that the environment and
the atmosphere is quite excellent, and one of the respondents even provide
further explanations and give her opinion regarding this question say that the
colour of the store actually match their theme since the Old Town White Coffee
core product is coffee product and the facilities in this outlet for example
the table and chairs are decorate and adopting the old fashion style.
In the interview
process, regarding the question 4 I ask to my sampling units, 90% of the
respondents answered that the price set and offer by the Old Town White Coffee
outlets is consider as moderate since their afford to pay for their price and
only 10% of respondent commented the price can be consider as high and
expensive to him since him compare with other store or another coffee chop.
Basically the question
5 I set is more consider as ranking scale question. Based on the question 5 I asked
to the interviewee, 10% of respondent
rank as 3, which consider as moderate ranking, and 80% of respondents rank as
4, which consider as good in this scale for my explanation, and the rest 10% of
respondents ranking 5, the highest ranking and consider excellent in their
mindset. In this data collection process, so far not respondents are choosing
and ranked Jusco Alpha Angle’s Old Town White Coffee as 1 and 2.
And for the last
question, what is the element of this outlet should be improved recommended by
the customer, 20% of respondents have no comment since they never thought about
it, 50% of respondents suggested that this outlets should provide even faster
speed of internet services since they like to surfing internet or access to
internet for their assignment or entertainment. And 20% respondent suggested
the management should improve the service of their serving crew and the rest of
10% respondents suggested that they should improve the lighting colour since
the yellow or brown colour lighting make the environment and the overall
atmosphere look so dull.
